Since Hops does such a nice job of describing their restaurant we will just quote their web page,

Actually, we think Hops is just another casual restaurant that happens to have a brewery. The decor and overall experience at this restaurant are pleasant enough. Perhaps we should have had some beer! We suspect we would have looked on the eatery more favorably if we had sampled some of its brew. We'll do this next time, if we return.
