PERCEPTUAL UNITS AND MEMORY IMAGE TEST:
Step 1. Test your Internet connection and computer setup. Attend the center of the computer screen. The word "TEST" will be displayed VERY briefly on the screen. Click HERE to test setup. It may take you several tries to become used to seeing the word displayed briefly. The TEST display runs at the same speed as the items in STEP 2 of the experiment below.
If setup is OK, proceed to Step 2 below. Otherwise, right click HERE and choose Save Target As... to download zip file containing the test files. Unpack the zip files and run the test locally on your own computer. Open file x8.htm to start.
Step 2. Pay attention to the computer screen. Letters will be displayed briefly on the screen, as in the TEST display of STEP 1. Take all 10 tests below. Do each test only once. For each test write down the answers to the questions below. If you are unsure, write down your best guess.
