Note: This is not a "quickie 20 minute" worthless search provided by inexperienced searchers who do not understand patent law. Remember, you get what you pay for, don't be misled by "cheap searches" which are often useless and have to be redone by legal professionals. After the search is favorable, our legal staff will provide patent protection and patent prosecution for your invention. Our professional patent draftsmen provide patent drawings conforming to patent office standards which are required as a part of the patent application. All work is performed via a written proposal(s) which explains the work to be performed and the exact cost with no surprises! After you read the proposal(s) you may contact us with any questions, and when you authorize us to begin, we work diligently on your invention. INVENTION MARKETING: We market your invention world wide after you have gone through the patent process with us and request our assistance. Since prospective licensees practically insist on considering only patented or patent pending inventions, we ONLY handle those and do not handle unpatented ideas or mere suggestions. Oftentimes, we advise our clients to contact trade organizations themselves. We have provided a "contact letter" for our clients to use at no charge, together with free suggestions of where and how to test market their invention on a tiny budget by doing most of the work themselves. They can mail the letter to the contacts and handle any and all inquiries themselves. This saves them money. Later, if they still need help, we can provide more assistance, if needed. We are very selective on which patented or patent pending client inventions we will attempt to market. Many do not fit into our areas of interest or expertise and, unfortunately we must reject them.
