(8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm) Benefits: Vacation/Sick Days, Health Care. Requirements: Interested candidates must be organized and have good communications skills. They should be average to above average at typing (i.e. data entry, word processing, etc.) Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook (Calendar and email). Must be reasonably familiar with Windows. Details of the Position: Galaxy Internet Services sells Dialup, DSL, Cable Internet, Voice over IP, Leased Lines and Web Hosting. The candidate that fills the position will help the Order Coordinator with the pre-qualification of new orders, the placing of orders, and giving customers updates on their orders. The candidate will also help the Billing Department/ Sales and Technical Support Departments as needed and as the candidates training progresses. Summary: This position is the perfect opportunity for someone who likes computers and using the Internet and would like to expand their knowledge in the telecommunications field. The candidate that fills this position will be working with a group of very technically savvy individuals many of whom will be involved with the candidates training.
