In 1992  I was fortunate enough to purchase directly from the Keilwerth factory one piece each of a SOLID COPPER Alto, (my cost in 1992 for an Alto was $3550.00) Tenor, and Soprano sax.  These copper saxes were one of the best horns I ever owned. However, over the years, to my regret I sold them thinking I could replace them simply by asking  Keilwerth to make them again..

  Quick Story:

In 1996 The factory informed me that they discontinued making copper horns and  did not wish to manufacturer copper saxophones due to expensive material and labor cost.

When I approached my factory with the idea to produce a trial run of copper horns they said they would give it a shot--and not only did they make this difficult sax ..but they made them as fine as well if not better than my regular triple annealed saxes..

  I am pleased as direct manufacturers to offer the sax community these brand NEW Copper Tenor saxes at  sub-wholesale price. The instrument is ideally suited for the professional as well as the semi-professional musician...  the horns play fantastic
