Q: "What happens after I have paid for my item?"

A: Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is
received after 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is
processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we
play test the items you have selected and
prepare them for shipment.
Once shipped (usually within 24-48)
hours of receipt
of your payment) we then e-mail you a FedEx, UPS or US mail tracking number. You
may view the shipping status of your order on line by simply
entering your tracking number.
Q:"Do
you allow local pickup at your facility?"
A:
Unfortunately, we're just not equipped to allow individual customers to pick up
merchandise. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time and almost
everything ships out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. (except custom made saxophone accessories).
Q: "When can I expect my order to arrive?"
A: After your order has been processed and
shipped either via Registered Insured Mail( return receipt) FedEx, or UPS
it will usually
take 2-7 days to arrive. If you need your item faster
(or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Q: "What are your International shipping policies on
customs fees?"
A: We firmly adhere to all International customs rules and regulations on
local customs fees. It is strictly forbidden and against the law for us to
reduce the winning invoice price or to declare merchandise as "used" or "gifts",
so please don't ask us to do so. We cannot make any exceptions!
Q:"Do you leave winning bidders
positive feedback?"
A: Due to the high volume of sales we do on eBay, we've instituted a prompt
automated feedback system. Once a buyer leaves feedback on our eBay account our
system will automatically reciprocates within 24 hours.
