  • With The Easy Reach"  High "G" - You can now play the High F# with the slightest of ease - but what is even more  amazing is the ability to play those High "G"s.. no more embouchure modifications or trick fingerings... It's as easy as playing a middle "C" ..guaranteed!  and yes it is perfectly in tune.
  • Enhanced "Modified" "FLARE" bell generates a "fat" tenor sound with deep rich bell tones found on no other saxophone.
  • Great Intonation with an evenness of timbre throughout the full range of the horn. Remaining always in tune.
  • Key Positions "keyboard" are closer to the players hands allowing for a more "comfortable play".
  • Rib Construction presents a "strong" feel of quick response.

Saturday,  April 10, 2004 the U.S. NAVY (based out of  Newport, RI)  sent over there touring jazz band sax section to select a mouthpiece for each member of the band.

I pulled out a Tenor version of this Sax  and let a few players "take it for a test drive"    -- result was a whopping  " WOW"  A few asked how much does it cost-- I said take a guess -- the lowest guess was $2800.00.-- No one could believe it was under $1500.00. (Yes I  did discount the mouthpieces and sold a slew based on our wholesale prices)

 About ten months ago I asked our factory to develop a Alto sax  that replicated  the world class tenor saxes of yesteryear. Included in our blueprint designs were one of today's most sought after features ---the high "G" key mechanism ... this feature, I am proud to say, has been incorporated into the instrument.

A: Well to be perfectly honest with you -- it DOES NOT and that's because the Old Mark VI's DID NOT have a HIGH  "G" mechanism! Seriously you won't believe how "silky" this horn plays.

Manufactured and sold exclusively by us this instrument has never been used (other than  play tested for about an hour at our US  factory to make sure it was nothing less than perfect.)   

Additional all I want to  say is that this  ALTO  is beyond perfect if there is such a thing. The sound is solid -full -rich -very focused -huge and  plays perfectly in tune.


Traditionally styled it  is one of the finest instruments I have ever had the privilege of manufacturing.
