" . . . Some time ago I entered the name "Scattergood" and received your URL. I was over joyed as you see "Dora" was my grandmother. She was Dorothy Frances Scattergood Cram married to George Elmer Cram. They had two daughters, Mildred Helen Cram and Doris Mary Cram. Doris was my mother and two years younger then Mildred. My mother died when my twin brother and I were 14 months old. There was no contact with any of the Scattergoods from then on. Grandma had a stroke after my mother died and was bed ridden for eight years, but I remember combing her hair one time on a days visit. We were allowed visits but no mention of the name of Doris or anything about other family members. . .
. . . I do not have any documents on Dorothy except marriage and death. She was born in England."
