ROTT IRON ROTTWEILERS PUPPIES AND DOGS ARE SOLD AS IS THERE IS NO GAURENTEE
IT IS UP TO YOU AS THE RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER
TO RAISE & TRAIN THEM PROPERLY!
This contract is being freely entered into by both parties, without any mental reservation whatsoever.
APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER(S)

1. Breeder guarantees that the above described dog is a purebred Rottweiler,
With AKC registered parents. Buyer(s) shall duly register ownership of this dog with the AKC using the ROTT IRON prefix in its registered name.
2. Breeder guarantees that the sire and dam are free of Hip dysplasia.
3. the buyer s further agrees to take the following steps regarding the health, safety and training of the animal described herein:
A. Buyer(s) agrees to properly maintain the health of the dog, for the life of the dog which includes regular exercise and proper diet, to regularly have the dog examined by a licensed veterinarian to determine the fitness of the dog, and to have the dog annually vaccinated and tested for heartworm. Many puppies can be affected by worms and parasites called Coccidiosis or Giardia. We have taken appropriate steps to help free the pups from these parasites although they may still have them you must take the pups stool to be checked within 48 hours by a licensed veterinarian immediately after the pup leaves the premises.
B. the buyer s shall provide proper shelter, adequate feeding and exercise.
C. the animal shall be properly socialized to other people outside the family, children, other dogs, strange places, sights and sounds, beginning immediately after protective immunization.
D. the animal must be enrolled by the buyer s in obedience classes, Show Prospects must be enrolled in conformation classes after protective immunizations.
E. This agreement is made between the buyer(s) and breeder to assure the well being and protection of the animal

.5 A. If the Rottweiler is bought for breeding the buyer(s) are held responsible to obtain ALL breeding clearances. If the Rottweiler does not meet ALL of our breeding requirements this Rottweiler may not be bred to protect the Breed, regardless of any titles that may have been obtained. When breeding this Rottweiler it must be at least 2 years of age, and has had hips certified free of dysplasia by the OFA, Heart cleared by the OFA, has had eyes CERF'D
6. If sold as a "Companion / Pet" this Rottweiler CANNOT be used for breeding. It will be sold on a Limited AKC Registration, offspring cannot be registered. Obedience titles can be obtained.
7. If the legal residence of the buyer(s) changes the breeder will be notified of the new residence.
8. Buyer(s) agrees to release and hold harmless breeder for any and all liability, damages, or injuries, caused either directly or indirectly by the Rottweiler to any person, whether actual or legal, or to any property, whether physical, mental, emotional or economic, caused by the Rottweiler, starting immediately when this dog leaves the breeders property.
9. the buyer(s) agrees that should it become necessary to dispose of the animal described herein or any other means of change of ownership, the Breeder will be given FIRST RIGHTS OF REFUSAL, the Breeder has refusal rights first at no cost to the Breeder.
10. All areas of this contract must be upheld, if the Rottweiler is bred before the age of 2 or is bred accidentally or intentional before all required breeding clearances the Breeder of this Rottweiler is owed punitive damages in the amount of $5,000.00
11. Owning a Rottweiler puppy is a great responsibility, we require it to be a family member and NEVER to be bought for resale. It must have proper facilities and never be left outside chained.
At no time under any circumstances will any payment or deposit for a puppy or adult be refunded

We the undersigned, have read this contract, consisting of 4 pages plus the additional page concerning FIRST RIGHTS OF REFUSAL including this page, and so understand and agree to its terms and conditions. The written terms of this contract constitute the entire agreement between Buyer(s) and breeders, and no other written, verbal, or parole statement, promises, documents, or writings shall have any weight of effect upon this contract.

OPTION CONTRACT

Owner(s) _________________________________________, for good and sufficient consideration, hereby grants to Karen and Francis Hayes, or their assignee, the first and only "OPTION" to receive this Rottweiler back. This dog is commonly known as

Should the Rottweiler ever be offered for sale, or should the owner wish to give or grant possession and ownership of the Rottweiler to any other person, whether actual or legal.

This option contract shall run for the life of the Rottweiler and may be made null and void only by the express written refusal to exercise the option by Karen And Francis Hayes, or their assignee, should the Rottweiler ever be put up for sale, or offered to another person, whether actual or legal.
