Karen Hayes
I am the founder of ROTT IRON ROTTWEILERS; my kennel is registered with the American Kennel club and is located in Billerica, Massachusetts.
My husband Franny & I have been actively involved in Rottweilers since 1987.
Our line has produced 17 American Champions and 1 National Youth Sieger. In 2005 I made the decision to not only show my dogs in AKC, but to work them in the sport of Schutzhund. My deciding factor to attempt this sport was my dog Natalie, Rott Irons Nail Biting Finish; she displayed the characteristics necessary to excel in the sport and more importantly she loved it. Training Natalie has given me a greater appreciation for the breed and taught me everything from how to pick a puppy, how to train it, and inevitably how to show it. Now I am a proud breeder, handler, owner, and trainer of 05 NERYS Multi V Rated USRC GOLD MERIT AWARD AM CH ROTT IRONS NAILBITING FINISH BH SchH 3 IPO 3 ABST TR1 AD CD CGC. I also achieved the BH and CGC title for 07 NE REG Select Male AM CH ROTT IRONS PERFECT CIRCLE BH,CGC and AM CH ROTT IRONS QUINN BH BST AD.
We are also very proud of our excellent family pets. We truly love the Rottweiler and breed according to the American Rottweiler Club Code of Ethics. I am so proud of our dogs, past, present, and future.
