These are the Lt. elevator components primed dimpled and ready for assembly.

 Here is the spar doublers and plate nuts coming together.
 
 This is flush head side of the control horn bracket before and after.

 And the counterbalance ribs attached to the spar.

 Notice the clean rivet heads, the trick is  masking tape on the rivet set.

 The lt. elevator skeleton complete.
