Missing Persons

2 Years later and David Lemmer is still missing..

On a Sunday in July, David Lemmer mowed the lawn, went shopping for groceries, and cooked lunch for his dad. Then disappeared.

Police found his car in a parking lot in a East Greenwich, RI, Shopping area, adding to a mystery that has puzzled authorities.

The Plainville Massachusetts Police Department is investigating the disappearance of one David H. Lemmer  from Ewald Ave. In the town of Plainville. David Lemmer lived with and cared for his elderly father Harold Lemmer.

On Sunday afternoon July 21, 1996 David Lemmer went grocery shopping and returned home around mid afternoon. After putting away the groceries, David told his father that he was going out and would be back home shortly. David never returned home

An investigation revealed that David Lemmer liked the dogs and horses. David has never attempted to contact family, friends or his work place. His last pay check has never been picked up. there has been no activity with his bank account and no activity with his credit cards. His motor vehicle was located two months later in a shopping plaza in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. 

David Lemmer (DOB 03-05-48) is described as a white male, 48 years of age. He is about 5'-7" and weighs around 180 pounds. He has short brownish/gray receding hair. No dental charts available.  He was last seen wearing a T-shirt, work pants and sneakers.  He walked with a noticeable limp on the left leg from an industrial accident.
