By way of introduction, my name is Paul Innis and I want to Have A Clambake with you. I am a resident and retired educator in the Upper Cape Cod area and since 1979 have been active during the summer months preparing and serving New England Clambakes for private parties and organizations in Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts.
My service continues to be extremely popular for affairs such as family gatherings, company outings, reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties, etc., because of the uniqueness of the menu to our area, and the informality of the whole process, that allows on-time serving and provides the opportunity to host a highly local offering within an informal setting .
I consider the experience I have gained through the years of working these functions valuable in contributing to the happy and lasting positive memories of the day’s event.
