This format has become extremely popular with folks in recent years because it offers the opportunity to host a highly , unique, local offering ,within the informality of your own comfortable environment.

Food preparation is on site, cooked on a wood fire, and the quality control process allows on-time serving for up to two hundred people.

I would be most willing to respond to all inquiries in detail.

From the mother of the bride

Paul,

I can't thank you enough for the loving care and attention you gave to the festivities on Sunday Afternoon.

It was truly a memorable event. All the guests marveled at how special, unique it was, and a lot of it had to do with your participation and presentation. It made me smile to think that we were showing "city" people how to set a tone, create a milieu that was understated and classy.

Your menu was top-rate, impressive and delicious.I can't tell you how many people just gasped when they saw lobsters hanging over the edge of the plate and mussels falling off !

The groom's mom hugged me each time we passed. Thanks again for your guidance in helping me get this together and your contribution of food planning and preparation. Your staff is to be commended also: they were very solicitous, trying to serve promptly and politely. What a team ! You're one in a million. I'll be forever grateful.

Fondly.

From a family gathering organizer

Dear Paul,

Well the Cape is just a memory now. As I shake out the last grains of beach sand from my shoes I can't help but think of the wonderful time we had with old friends and family. A highlight of our Cape vacation was "The Clambake" and I think no one will ever forget it. Even those salty dogs who thought they had experienced it all said it was the best they ever had. And that Clam Chowder was incredible and I claim even better the next day if that's possible. What I would give for just one more bowl. Well..we will just have to set up another bake on my next trek to Boston.

Hope all is well with you and thanks again for an unforgettable experience.

Paul,

Thanks for a terrific job last Thursday(it is hard to believe the event took place almost a week ago!). Everyone was very complimentary about both your food and your service. I hope to have the opportunity to utilize your services again, and I am sure that some of my classmates in the area also will. I will make a copy of your fact sheet and give to those who are interested. Again, my appreciation to you and your team for an outstanding clambake.

Regards/jsr
