If you uploaded your web site and are still seeing this page please check the following:

1. Did you upload your web site into a directory called public_html? You cannot just upload it to the default ftp directory, make sure you put the files in the public_html directory.
2. Is your default web site file called index.html It must be all lower case with the four letter .html extension. If you have windows and can only name your files index.htm you must rename the file with your ftp program after you upload it.

If you wish to upload your web site please see the instructions below:

1. You will need to obtain an FTP program, if you got our CD-ROM software there is an FTP program in the goodies folder there, for Windows it's WS_FTP and for MacOS it's Fetch. You can also download an FTP program from www.shareware.com
2. Ftp to ftp.gis.net with your login name & password
3. You will see what is in your directory (most likely nothing)
4. You must create a directory called "public_html" to put your web page into
5. Then open public_html and upload your web page files. Your main page should be called "index.html"
6. Your web page URL will be: http://www.gis.net/~username
