THE DRAMA*

The Drama consists of conversations with Miss Dickinson. It incorporates structured improvisation in an interactive framework of storytelling, poetry recitations, and questions and answers with the audience. The Drama reflects the theatrics, wit and charm of Dickinson's writing. This interactive performance is more than just a play. The audience has a chance to become part of Miss Dickinson's world rather than simply to observe it.

THE CHILDREN'S SHOW

The Children's Show includes stories about Emily's 19th century world and her family, about making cakes and making poems. Also, it features a guessing game with old fashioned gadgets and a lesson on how to move to poems. Emily Dickinson school programs for young people are suitable for pre-kindergarten through high school.
