Continued:

Intertribal Council there is a butting of the heads at my disgust at the way some things are being modified. And, my voice is then heard loud and clear.  I do not tolerate the modifications of  certain ceremonies for the human comfort level of today's ways.

You will see this done way to often.

I'm a member of the Wollomonuppoag Intertribal Council where I will only say I hold a position on that Council

of very high respect, and have been a member of it for several years.  Not as active these days as I would like

to be due to the fact I no longer have transportation and the Council meetings are a distant from me each month. I'm also a member of the Algonquin Medicine Society, and a member also of another Intertribal Council.

My mentors, of which I have had the good fortune of falling under their wings for individualized instructions,

were not only locally or nationally known but, also internationally known.  One being a Mohawk Medicine

man, another a highly regarded and known Catawba Medicine man with works in the Smithsonian Institute

and ITT and, was internationally well known having even toured beyond our shores, to the current Chief and

acting Medicine Man of one of the Councils I belong too.

Two of these have since crossed over.

I have also had the good fortune of being invited to the Sioux "Sundance Ceremony" in Pipestone Minnesota a few years

back where I met the founding members of A.I.M.-American Indian movement... and did a sweat with one of them...Dennis Banks.

At a different place within this website I will give a personal account of my experience at the Sundance, along
with a informational background about Dennis Banks for those of  you who do not know who he is. He holds a very powerful and respected role among the Sioux Nations.

Some of my past accomplishments, hobbies, activities are:

Actively involved with my native heritage... beading... making of buckskin clothing/regalia...tanning hides... traveled

in giving talks to various organizations... some being but not limited to school's and college's... etc.
Anything to do with nature and the outdoors... hunting (deer) gave up bird hunting years  ago... fishing, fresh

water, fly, and deep-sea when I can, camping and hiking... swimming, canoeing,... Photography, gardening, reading, cooking...Formerly a very active horsewoman... schooled, trained, instructed, showed, endurance, harness racing horses,

jumping, barrel racing, equestrian pleasure... both English and preferred western style...f or many years till I had a back operation.
Formerly also active in avicultural societies... President of one, and would give talks and do demonstrations

regarding breeding of birds and handling.

Education:  Some college... police... and counseling education... and also, most importantly, my Native education

in spirituality... ceremonies, herbs, etc.  I have also studied on my own some of the Asian philosophies of  spirituality...and found them very fitting to my already deeply instilled Native spiritual beliefs. The structures  of both run a amazing close parallel.

Possibly to the astonishment of some... I have also studied into the darker side of the occult; there is a saying, know your enemy...and this I do.

Work:

Varied... In early times from your common sweat shops... to working wearing the blue... and later with a state program for minor troubled female children in trouble with the law.

Presently:

Forced early retirement due to back injury and surgery. I now reside alone doing nothing more than enjoying my quiet country living.

Teaching spirituality to a chosen few.  Those who are truly dedicated.  I have my own personal criteria in

determining that and my ways need no explanation... save the fact I adhere strongly to them.  If you don't like it...take it to Creator... CREATOR IS MY BOSS.
