Mega Man X & Zero In:

One day, Doppler held a meeting for the Repliforce (originaly the X-Hunters).

"Fellow reploids, this meeting is being held today because of Mega Man X and Zero," Doppler started. "Do you want them to keep destroying us? To keep blowing us to bits? To keep defeating us?!"

"NO!" the mavericks yelled.

"You all took the words right out of my mouth. Have we ever defeated them?!"

"NO!" the mavericks yelled once again.

"What are you? Phycics? You keep reading my mind! Now listen, do we have all the capabilities they have? Of course not! Have they caught the Sigma Virus? NO! If Mega Man X and Zero are to die, they must be killed by themselves!" The mavericks looked at eachother and shrugged their sholders. "We have to clone them and make the clones kill them!"

"Oh!" went the mavericks. They nodded their heads. Suddenly, Sigma and Vile walked through the door.

"Sorry we're late," Sigma said. "You wouldn't believe the traffic! Especially when you're not in an armored carrier but in a limosine!"

"Sigma, being late for this meeting is a disturbance to the Repliforce."

"I was in traffic!"

"We were in traffic!" Vile corrected.

"There is no excuse, Sigma. You must be punished. Any ideas?" Flame Stag raised his hands.

"Let's burn 'em!" he yelled.

"I double that," said Flame Mammoth.

"Triple that!" yelled Magma Dragoon.

"I think we should freeze them!" Chill Penguin yelled.

"Same here," said Frost Walrus.

"Majority rules!" screamed Flame Mammoth.

"How about we just kill them, by letting them suffer," a woman said. She stood up. Her name was Sting Woman. She had just joined the Repliforce a month ago. Now, she was the meanist girl on the block.

"All for frying?" asked Doppler. Flame Mammoth, Magma Dragoon, and Flame Stag raised their hands. "All for freezing?" Chill Penguin and Frost Walrus raised their hands. "All for suffering?" All the other maverick robots raised their hands. "Then it's settled. Sigma and Vile are to be locked in a cell with lots of cobwebs, and they are not be fed. Take 'em away."

"NO! You can't do this! I lead the Repliforce!" Sigma yelled while two maverick guards grabbed him.

"Not any more," explained Doppler. He shaked his hand up and down to tell them to take Sigma and Vile away.

Mega Man X & Zero had been reading the news a lot. There were rumors spread that the Repliforce was returning to capture Mega Man X and Zero.

"Never worry," said X. "What could possibly go wrong? We've defeated them a zillion times! There's nothing to worry about." But there was! A few days later, there was a knock on the door. Dr. Cain opened it, and inside walked Chill Penguin in a black suit and sunglasses.

"Ah, you must be Dr. Cain right?" Chill said in a New York accent.

"Yes," Dr. Cain replied.

"Yeah, uh, I got a meetin' with your two boy Mega Man X and Xero. Uh, sorry, that's Zero. I said it with an `X`."

"Well, I'll get them right away."

"Tanks." As Cain walked away, Chill Penguin noticed Zero's trophy collection. "Boring," he said in his normal accent. He walked over to X's collection. He read one of them. It said, "For Defeating & Destroying Chill Penguin Twice!" "Arrrgh!" yelled Chill. Then, Mega Man X and Zero came right back in the room. Chill put on his glasses and spoke in his New York accent again. "Ah, yeah. Mega Man X and Zero. I'd like to sell you some insurance. Now with this insurance, not only will you get $4,000,000 if a relitive of your's is to die but, if you get scratched on your amazing Red, or Blue armor, we will give you the money to pay for the repair. Step right this way please." He signaled Mega Man X and Zero out the door. He led them to a limo. They stepped inside.

"Hi X," said Flame Stag when they got in.

"Flame Stag!" yelled X. "What the?"

"And that's not it," said Chill Penguin, taking off his sunglasses. Zero and X tried to break their way through.

"Tssk, tssk, tssk," a voice said. "X, wouldn't you know to be smarter than that?" The driver's face turned. It was Dr. Doppler, and sitting next to him was Sigma.

"Sigma! I thought you were sentanced to death?!" yelled Zero.

"Doppler changed his mind."

"Yes. It is true. I could not let my best friend die," Doppler said.

"I'm outa here!" X yelled. He ran to the window and opened it. Outside stood Vile.

"Oh, come now X," Vile said. "You'd be smarter to know not to open the window. You never know what's going to be outside." The limo took off. "I'll see you at the maverick base!" yelled Vile. "Unless you've got a better idea?!"

"Yeah. Get a life," said X.

At the Maverick Base, Zero and X were put into two large capsules. On the other side of the room, there were two more capsules. In the middle of the room, there was a large set of controlls which Cyber Peakok was working at.

"Hope you boys don't mind me working in here. Or, would you prefer someone else?" asked Cyber Peakok.

"Yeah. I'd prefer someone else!" Zero yelled.

"Then, who?"

"How about me?" asked Sting Woman as she walked in the door.

"Ho, mama!" yelled Zero. Of course, the capsule echoed his voice.

"Let me take over," she said. Cyber Peakok moved away. Sting Woman walked up to Zero's capsule.

"Oh my. You're a hansome fellow."

"Cool it lady. What are you going to do with us?"

"That's for you to find out," she said. She walked over to the controlls and pushed the start button. In a few seconds, Mega Man X and Zero were on both sides of the room. She opened up the capsules.

"What the-?" said X.

"I was about to ask the same thing," said the other Mega Man X.

"Ha ha! Success!" yelled Doppler coming into the room.

"Doppler. So this was your plan."

"Of course! Didn't it seem so obvious to you? We've never defeated you! You have more powers than we do. Now, we're even. Let's see what you can do to us now!" The Zero clone took out his Beam Sabre and started slashing, while the X clone charged up his buster.

"You're crazy Doppler!" X yelled.

"Maybe not!" screamed Zero. His clone was chopping at him rapidly. Zero dashed to the window and jumped through, cracking the glass. X followed him and jumped out to, landing with a kaPLUMP. "Come on X," Zero said. "Let's get out'a here and back to the lab before they decide to follow us."

"Yeah," said X. They walked out of the Maverick Base's land and into Doppler town.

"It appears to me," started Cain, "that you have been cloned."

"Durr," said X.

"But, in a very strange way. They're not acctualy clones, they're your brothers."

"WHAT?" yelled Zero.

"Yes. Your brothers. Doppler must have some how made you related to those mavericks. So, they have the same capabilities as you, and think as you think."

"This is bad," said Zero.

"It's worse than you think it is," said Cain. He pushed a button and a computer screen lit up with a picture of X turning in circles, and his diognostics at the bottom of the screen in bright green. "You'll notice here X, that your bio ciruitry, when Dr. Light designed you, was designed with a weakness that could allow you to go mad at any minute. This he just reilized before he died. No one would dare to find you. My guess is, Dr. Doppler found out about this... flaw, and planned to kidnapp you so he could copy your bio circuitry and activate the flaw in the cloned bodies.

"As for you Zero," cain pressed a button and a picture of Zero turning in circles came on with his diognostics at the bottom of the screen in bright green, "Dr. Wiley, apparently, planned to make you evil. Although he never had time to. Doppler must have found this out too, cloned you and activated your evil circuits at the same time. All I can say is... you boys are doomed!"

"My god," said X. "If Doppler's plan works, and we die, the world will have no defence! It'll be doomed!"

"Say doc, who was that girl we met up with in Dopplertown?" Zero asked.

"Her name is Sting Woman, the very first maverick reploid to be female," Dr. Cain explained. "Don't let her beauty and charm distract you. She'll swipe you down within a second."

"How dangerous is she?" X asked.

"Very dangerous. 1, she'll drag you off into carelessness if she stares at you for a long time. 2, when in a fight, she's like a cat. She hisses a lot. Her retractable claws can reach up to 10 inches long, and they're as sharp as a japanese cooking knife."

"How do you know so much about her?" Zero asked.

"Newspapers," Cain answered. "And the net."

"What are her weapons?"

"Well, one there are those retractable claws I told you about. She also has an arm cannon with the finest point, which shoots stinging lasers, that will stun you really bad! If she kisses you, you're in for it. Carelessness for 24 hours! She loves doing that."

"That's the one thing I'm going to watch out for!" yelled X. "I may not have a girlfriend, but if I do get one, it's not going to be a maverick."

"What are we supposed to do?" asked Zero.

"Well, you won't be seeing much of Sigma and Vile. They've been shipped off to maverick base 4-14. That's in China. As for Doppler, take him out. Be careful on Sting Woman."

"She seemed to have a thing for me," said Zero.

"That may be bad. If it grows, you won't know what will happen! She's dangerous, and smart. That's bad for a maverick. She knows when to dodge."

"What about our clones/brothers?" asked X.

"Trick them. They don't have all the circuits you have. They're mostly human. So they can't get upgraded- at least not much. Use your wits."

"How about some upgrades?" X wondered.

"Would you like some upgrades?" asked Cain.

"I was just wondering about that! Yes," said X.

"Same here," said Zero.

"X, I'm giving you a charge that will allow you to absorb energy from nearby mavericks."

"Awsome!"

"I'm also giving you a special helmet which will allow you to scope out anything for the next mile or so. The final thing I'm giving you is a full range dash. This will allow you to dash until you want to stop."

"What about me?" said Zero.

"Ah yes. Zero, this neon yellow beam sabre I'm giving you is actually a charge for your ordinary beam sabre. It is not only sharp enough to slice and dice, but it can shoot large electric beams when you slash it. This extra dash is a flame dash which will make a flame behind you when you dash. It acts as both an air dash, and a ground dash. Finaly, I've created something that I thought I'd never create. It's called a bubble shield."

"Bubble sheild?"

"Yes. When you activate it, a large bubble will appear around you with flames around it. Not only that, but a new line in advancements has been invented. When you activate it, your arm armor will open and a small missile launcher with a target will come up. This will come in handy. You can shoot small missiles from it, which automatically reload."

"Cool! Now get busy doc! I can't wait!"

Three hours later, X and Zero were ready.

Mega Man X and Zero walked back into Dopplertown.

"See anything X?" Zero questioned.

"Something. It's rolling around with lots of spikes- it's Wheel Gator!"

"Power up! Arming missile launcher!" Zero found Wheel Gator and fired. In a few seconds, Wheel Gator was history.

A storm started building up. Lightning was in the sky. Thunder boomed! Suddenly, Dr. Doppler's castle appeared. Without warning, Sting Woman jumped down from the top.

"Hello hansome," she siad to Zero.

"I'm not scared of you," Zero replied.

"Oh, but you should be."

"Listen, just take your little self and get the heck out of here!"

"Fine. See you later sweetypie!" Sting woman summersaulted really fast into the castle.

"Wow. Talk about gymnastics!"

"Yeah yeah yeah. Listen, she's trying to trap you!" said X.

"I know. Come on. Let's go. We don't know what we're up against." And they definately didn't. Walking into the castle, large knights stood straight. Only, they weren't statues.

As Mega Man X and Zero walked along, the knights kept coming. X could swear that sooner or later, one of those axes would come chopping down. He swore he heard some mumbling. But it wasn't his imagination.

Suddenly, when Mega Man X and Zero passed all the knights (which took some time) they all came jumping off and walked towards Mega Man X and Zero. They held the axes in their hands. They slashed their axes horizantaly. X shot a buster shot, but it bounced off.

"Guess Doppler's been busy. These things reflect my shots!" Zero shot a missile. It exploded on impact, but didn't damage the knights.

"Yup. He's been busy."

"Let me try something," X said. He charged up his X-Buster and got to a neon red charge. He fired his buster. His charge became straight and went straight into him. His energy absorber worked! A few of the knights blew up.

"All right X! Now it's sabre action!" Zero charged up his Beam Sabre until it got yellow and sharp. He slashed it down, and just as Cain had said, a large yellow beam came flying out of it and hit a knight dead on. Zero ran up to it and slashed his sabre right at the knight and it blew up. Suddenly, all the knights came running forward. "Better use that energy absorber again X!"

"Gott'ya!" X yelled. He started charging again. But he didn't get far enough. He only got up to the final shot which did no good.

"Bubble Sheild!" yelled Zero. He activated the bubble sheild and a huge pink bubble appeared around him with flames coming off of it. It destroyed three knights. He flame dashed forward and destroyed some while X charged up his energy absorber.

X fianly got his charge ready and shot it. All the energy came zooming in to him and his sub-tanks filled. All of the knights were destroyed.

"Good work," said Zero.

"Hey, I couldn't have done it without you," said X.

"Or that energy absorber. Let's go." Mega Man X and Zero walked forward taking their time. All of a sudden, Sting Woman jumped through the ceiling.

"Do you mind if I call you `Entrance Woman`?" X asked Sting Woman.

"Butt out!" she yelled. "Oh, hello again," she said to Zero.

"Listen lady, you don't know who you're dealing with here. I'm the leader of a secret unit in the maverick hunters and I'll blow you to-" Suddenly, Sting Woman grabbed Zero and kissed him.

"Belch!" said X. "That is sickenening!" Sting Woman let Zero go.

"I want to ride the pony!" yelled Zero.

"NO! YOU'RE DEAD!" X yelled. He fired a huge shot at Sting Woman but missed. Insted, it hit Zero, but didn't damage him much.

"I don't want to go to school today!"

"Zero, get serious!"

"If he could, he would," said Sting Woman.

"You're a hrnet," said X.

"That's why they call me `Sting Woman`."

"Who's the boy who lives down the street?" asked Zero.

"The boy who lives down the street is doomed!" yelled Sting woman. She grabbed X around the neck, and waist. She opened up he claws on her right hand, which was round his neck. "How's about a kiss?" she asked.

"I'd rather go to hell," said X psuhing away her hand.

"Fine with me," she said, slashing up towards X's head. X flew back and into Zero.

"What happened?" asked Zero shaking his head.

"No time to talk Zero," said X dodging Sting Woman's claws. He got up and fired. Sting woman shot a stinging laser from her arm cannon and stunned X, which made him fall to the floor. Zero opened his beam sabre and charged it up. He shot another beam from it, one after another. Then, X got up and they both shot Sting Woman at once. Sting Woman flew back, and Mega Man X and Zero saw a demon shaped spirit fly out of her.

"Either we cured her from the Sigma Virus, or she's dead."

"Both," said X. Zero ran over to her and picked her up.

"Zero, I'm sorry I did what I did," she said in a weak voice.

"Don't talk like that. I've got to save you."

"You already have."

"Gee. I wish it could have gone like this when I killed double," X said.

"Listen, you're coming with me. I'm not going to let you die. You're not maverick any more."

"You can't save me any more than you have," she said in a weaker voice.

"Yes I can," said Zero. He took out a strange looking sub tank and gave it to her.

"Thanks," she said stronger.

"X, go on. I've got to help her."

"Well, anyway I go, I'm dead," said X.

"Why?" asked Zero.

"Cause maverick squads are coming from all sides. I like this detector helmet!"

"Are you feeling okay for fighting?" asked Zero to Sting Woman.

"Don't bother," said Sting Woman. "X, can you use that helmet for coding?"

"Yeah."

"Well, access code number A494BGHU10LXVM556093TS."

"Got it! The mavericks are fighting themselves! This is great!"

"How'd you know how to do that?" Zero asked Sting Woman.

"The Repliforce Web Site has everything!"

"Let's get going," said X.

Everything seemed peaceful. The storm kept booming outside the castle, but inside, all the mavericks were killing eachother. Suddenly, X saw Dr. Doppler on a balcony.

"Up there!" he yelled. Doppler heard him and ran away. "Let's go!" X full range dashed but then stopped. Spikes opened from the wall.

"X, grab my hand," said Zero. Zero air dashed over the spikes and climbed the wall. Sting Woman, Zero, and Mega Man X jumped onto the balcony.

"Welcome," said Doppler. "I see you managed to make it by yourself. Sting Woman, kill them!"

"I'd rather kill you," she answered.

"You traitor! This is not over yet."

"We'll see about that," said Zero. Suddenly, the X and Zero twins crahed throuhg the glass ceiling.

"As I said, it's not over yet."

"Not in a million years Doppler," she said. Suddenly, a dark Sting Woman jumped through the ceiling. Her claws were extended to full length. Her armor was jet black, and shining like the sun.

"Now we're even," said Doppler. The Dark Sting Woman slashed her claws. Sting Woman blocked it with her claws, and swiped her other claws through the other Sting Woman's armor. Then, she shot her clone with the sting, the clone fell on her back, and Sting Woman slashed her claws through her clone's neck. "You're very powerful."

"I'm amazed you didn't notice before."

"I'm amazed you didn't know it was a trap." Suddenly, a huge explosion filled the room. In walked General, and Colonel.

"My god!!! I wish it could get easier!" yelled X avoiding the large buster blasts.

"It can!" yelled Zero. He slashed his clone/twin and ran over to X. "Huddle," he said.

"How can we make it easier?" asked X.

"Your code thing. Access code number 64112907X, and 64112907Z. That will give us the weakness of these guys!"

"Got it! My twin's weakness is your beam sabre. Your twin's weakness is something called the Ultra-Buster. Where am I going to get that?" Suddenly, the ground started shaking and a capsule appeared from the floor.

"I'll be right back," he said. He dashed right over to the capsule, jumped in, and in no time, his X-Buster became green. He shot it at the dark Zero and the ordinary buster shot was green. He shot a charge, darker green. He ran over to the dark Zero.

"Ha! You're foolish! You can't take me on!"

"We'll see about that!" X yelled. He shot his new buster a zillion times and destroyed Zero's twin.

Meanwhile, Zero was having fun slashing his beam sabre at X's twin. Suddenly, X's twin shot something that sent Zero flying to the edge of the balcony. What was that? Zero thought. It didn't feel like a buster blast? Dark X walked over to Zero and pointed his buster. Zero charged up his beam sabre. But he didn't realize just how much he charged it. When he let the charge go, his sabre was red. He slahed it at X's clone, and a humungus, bright, hard to describe blast came out of it, and turned the Dark X into ashes.

"Well, well, well," said Doppler pushing Sting Woman away. "It didn't work after all. I thought it would have. I forgot about those enhancements. Time to be elminated!" Doppler took off his cloak, and activated a six foot long beam sabre. Zero, X, and Sting Woman chattered their teeth.

General watched from a distance. Colonel laughed at the site of Zero and X sweating with fear.

Suddenly, Doppler swung his sabre down right between X and Zero. The two reploids rolled away, stood up, put huge frowns on their faces, and shot Doppler while he was trying to get his sabre out of the ground. He finaly got it up and blocked one missile with it. Suddebly, Colonel jumped on X's shoulers, and General jumped on Zero's shpulders.

"Great. The other bot boys have arrived," said Zero.

"Hold on!" yelled X. He flame dashed away, which threw Colonel away into the fire. Next, Zero got out his beam sabre and slashed General's armor and all the way to his body. He threw General into a huge pot of steaming water.

"He's gonna be hurt," said X.

"Yeah. He's in hot water," replied Zero.

"Okay, enough of these bad jokes!" yelled Doppler. "Time for your anhilation!" He raised his hands in the air. The ceiling opened up. The lightning from outside flashed bright. The bolts covered the sky. A large satilite came down form outside. Lightning hit it. It absorbed the lightning, and the lightning went down, right onto Sting Woman.

"AAAHHH!" she shreiked. Then, she blew.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" yelled Zero. "THAT'S IT DOPPLER! You may have been annoying in the past BUT NOW YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR! You, YOU CLONE US, YOU KILL THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, YOU DO STUFF PEOPLE COULDN'T EVEN IMAGINE DOING, AND THEN YOU KILL MY GIRLFRIEND!"

"Your what?" asked Doppler.

"MY NEW GIRLFRIEND YOU BIG BRAT! THAT'S IT! I'VE HAD ENOUGH!" Zero charged up his beam sabre for 40 seconds, and when he let go, it was bright red. He slashed it right at Doppler, and instead of a large beam, a pheonix came out of it and landed right on Doppler.

"OWWWW!" yelled Doppler.

"You have no idea how much it hurts compared to me right now," replied Zero. Suddenly, Doppler threw something from his handy by accident. It was a chip that fit into his arm.

"Don't use that!" yelled Doppler. "That's my secret invention!"

"It's not a secret anymore," said Zero. He fired his missile launcher but instead of a missile, a straight pulse laser came out of it and hit Doppler head on. It kept coming out of his arm cannon, and hitting Doppler.

"ARRRRRRRRGH!" screamed Doppler. He was flopping back and forth. He stuck his hands in the air and blew sky hi.

"Zero. Did you destroy Doppler?" she asked.

"Yes. Don't die. Please don't die," said Zero.

"Same here. I'm begginning to like you," said X.

"Come on. One of my girlfriends has already gone maverick and been killed. Don't go!"

"Zero, I'm just a head and shoulders." She handed Zero a scroll, and a disk. "Take these. These are Sigma's plans for taking over the world. Stop him. Blow him to bits. Do you promise to do that?"

"I promise," Zero wept.

"Go. This place is still full of maverikcs."

"I'm not going to leave you!"

"GO!"

"I'M NOT GOING TO LEAVE YOU!"

"Zero... I... can't stay... much... longer."

"NOOOOOO!" Zero yelled. Sting Woman's head turned.

"Goodbye," she said in a really weak voice. Zero started to cry.

"Yikes. Dr. Light and Dr. Wiley must have been really good friends in high school," wept X. "Come on, we gotta go." Zero picked up Sting Woman and started walking out of the building.

X saw a large machine and flame dashed from it. The machine set on fire and so did the rest of the building. X and Zero ran out. They watched the whole castle, burn down in flames. It exploded with a dephining boom.

Back at the lab, Cain burried Sting Woman in the yard. Zero remembered the time they had kissed: I'm the leader of a secret unit I want to ride the pony Who's the boy who lives down the street? I don't want to go to school today! He missed her.

But then he wondered. Did Sting Woman love him? She did call him hansome. But she never really mentioned it. A tear rolled down his eye. X patted his back.

"Calm down," X said. "She was a maverick you know."

"But not a complete maverick," Zero explained. "I knew it from the first time I saw her in that capsule. Inside, she was a little girl who wanted to play in a field, and have picnics."

"What are you saying Zero?" Cain asked.

"I'll never forget her."
