in South Boston
6:00 P.M. 7.5 mile run into Downtown Boston

Sunday Runs
8:00 A.M. -- 8 to 10 mile run through scenic parts of Boston

Spring
Marathon Training
From early January to mid April Sunday mornings
These training runs are organized for members desiring to do the
Boston Marathon or other Spring Marathons
10 mile distance which increases weekly to 22 miles

Fall Marathon Training
From early July to November Sunday mornings
These training runs are organized for members desiring to do a fall Marathon
10 mile distance which increases weekly to 22 miles

New runners are always welcome to
come and join us for a run on any Tuesday or Thursday night
at 6:00 p.m. , or on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. We ask that
runners who continue to enjoy these runs
to join the LSRC. These runs as well as the 2008/2009 marathon
training schedule runs are for members only.
