My name is David Anderson and I am from Kilwinning, in Ayrshire, which is three miles north of the band's hometown of Irvine (it looks further on the AHP cover) and was, until the end of last year, part of the now defunct New Town.
I am pleased to inform all of you that I recently (finally!) completed the first issue of "Easy Read", the first Scottish-based fanzine dedicated to the TCS, which I have been working on for some considerable time now.
The fanzine consists of 44 pages including the following:
I must advise you all that the quality of reproduction of the fanzine (and Colin Dunsmuir's photographs in particular) is not as good as I had intended but I think that it still compares favourably with some other fanzines which I have seen. Fortunately, I have only had fifty copies printed, initially, and I intend to reprint in I manage to sell all of them. I will be very disappointed if I do not reach this modest sales target! If I do reprint, then I will be making alternative arrangements to ensure the desired print quality is achieved next time.
If you would like to receive a copy of the "limited edition" (for now) fanzine, and you live in the

I must apologize for the seemingly high cover price but I am not even covering the high production (printing and scanning) costs which were involved in producing the first issue.
If you have any questions about the fanzine, or on any other band related subject for that matter, please write to me at the aforesaid address and you will definitely receive a reply.
Cheers,
David
