"Posture is Your Signature" is a program of land exercises which has been designed to help improve your posture. The program will consist of two sessions conducted one week apart. An introductory special will be offered in March 2000.
Course description: In this course participants will learn how to maintain proper posture alignment and correct their own mistakes. Participants can be of any age or gender. The first session will be an evaluation and recommendations for exercises to practice will be offered. The second session will focus on corrections and further recommendations for posture alignment.
Course objectives:
- Learn how to maintain proper alignment in sitting, standing, sleeping and working positions
- Learn exercises for developing better posture lines
- Learn how to develop good habits and get rid of bad habits to improve your posture
- Find out how to achieve the best results in a short period of time
- Learn special techniques which will help you to improve your posture
- Learn exercises to help develop six fundamental qualities
