A typical aircraft offered in the corporate jet
class is the Cessna Citation II, a true 8-passenger
business jet. It provides a cruising speed of 420 mph.
Due to its excellent runway performance capability, it
can operate from a larger percentage of the 5,000 General
Aviation Airports than any other business jet.
The Citation II offers double-club seating with enough
room to stretch out similar to first class seating on
most domestic commercial airliners. The cabin is 4'-8" h,
4'-9" wide and 16' long. It offers a quiet environment in
which to work, socialize or just relax.
The Citation II can take you up to 1,500 miles
non-stop. This ability would allow a multi-leg trip
complete with return with no need to refuel. United
Business Jet recognizes the value of this type of
performance to the executive traveler and is able to
provide true case histories of such trips.
Businesses that may not require the features of the
Citation II, yet may require seating for eight, may find
the more economical Beechcraft King Air B200, a twin
engine, turbine powered propeller aircraft more suited to
their mission.
The King Air B200 is capable of 1,220 miles non-stop
at 325 mph. It clearly offers some advantages in useable
airports in that it requires only 3,345 ft. of runway for
most operations. It offers pressurized cabin comfort for
flights up to 30,000 ft.
The offering of available aircraft is not limited to
the above. (Acquisition/Management)
Prior to considering purchase of a business aircraft
it would be beneficial to utilize the services of United
Business Jet to ascertain the most suited (mission
specific) aircraft.
