This is based on a still from the 1932 Lugosi masterpiece White Zombie.  From the enlarged still, I cut three paper stencils: one for the whites, one for the blacks and one for the middle grays.  A little spraypaint and I can carefully craft (read "bang out") a ton of these.  This one was sprayed onto part of a gray paper bag.
