I received an exciting offer in the mail today regarding my student loans. The fine print on the back read:

"Collegiate Funding Services reserves the right to modify, continue or discontinue its borrower benefit programs at any time and without notice."

Can you say: "Fraud"?

If only I could reserve the right to modify, continue or discontinue my loan payments at any time and without notice.

A few days later another offer arrived:

"Student Partner Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain borrower benefits at any time and without notice."

Can you say: "Conspiracy"?
