Here are just a few of the events at which the Friends of the Plymouth Pound will be present in the near future:
The Friends of the Plymouth Pound is now operating a cat shelter at the former Debbie's Pet Land store in the Kingston Mall in Kingston, MA. Read about our Grand Opening in Kingston on Saturday November 5th here! Volunteers are needed to help us take care of the cats in Kingston. If you are interested in helping us out call Gayle at (508) 224-6651 or contact the Friends of the Plymouth Pound by e-mail for more details.
The Friends of the Plymouth Pound hold an annual fund-raising Pet Walk-A-Thon, reunion, and cook-out at scenic Morton Pond Park in Plymouth, MA on a Saturday in September. This year's event has come and gone but check back here again during the summer of 2012 for information about next year.
The Friends of the Plymouth Pound participate in periodic "Pet Adoption Weekends" conducted at the Petco store in Norwood and at other locations throughout the year. Contact the Friends of the Plymouth Pound for more details.
