Facilitating Virtual Teams That Learn, with Dori Digenti, June 8, 2001. This one-day workshop focuses on optimizing the learning that takes place in virtual teams based on a team collaboration model. The workshop includes demonstration of an online team environment and a manual.
Process Consultation and Organizational Culture with Edgar Schein, September 27, 2001. This one-day workshop will explore the principles that guide practitioners through the process consultation method, with special application to managing organizational culture.
