We do not sell homes for a fee. We DO NOT work for a seller in any way. Our only interest is in finding a home for a prospective buyer that meets their specifications.

In most of our client cases, there is no additional charge for our services, not unlike a traditional realtor, our fee comes directly from within the sale price of the home. On occasion, with FSBO (For Sale By Owner) and in other rare cases, our commission will come directly from you. Each case varies and these are rare occurrences.

Buyer Agents can do "comp" also known as Comparative Market Analysis on a home you are interested in purchasing.  This information compares data with the prospective home purchase to similar homes in the area that have recently sold.  Traditional agents cannot perform this service on behalf of the buyer because it is their job under contract to get the most money they can for the property seller from a qualified buyer
