Paris-Brest-ParisHeld once every four years, Paris-Brest-Paris is the original long distance event and the model for Boston-Montreal-Boston. Run at regular intervals for over 100 years, PBP attracted over 3000 riders in 1999. Like BMB, it's 1200 kilometers, 750 miles, from Paris through Brittany to the port city of Brest and back, with a 90 hour time limit. The next PBP is scheduled for the summer of 2003.
