National Politics
When I was Chairman of NorthEast Rugby Referees, I (Allan Miller) used to sit on the General Committee of the National Governing Body for referees, USARRA. Please read my original attempt to shed more light than heat on the situation that lead to Don Morrison's resignation as RDO in 2002. Unfortunately, USARRA appears determined to repeat the same mistakes; here's why I can no longer participate in USARRA. I have therefore resigned as Chairman of NorthEast Rugby Referees.
One of New England's finest in action. Note that the players are running
flat out, but the referee is slowing down.
A lesser Referee struggles to keep up with Radcliffe's speeding backs.
