Appendix A(1)
You will find a copy of Appendix A(1)in your copy of the
Collective Bargaining Agreement. The CBA is also available
on the MSCA web page <www.mscaunion.org>.
The hyperlink below will take you directly to Appendix
A(1). My advice on using Appendix A1 is included below.
For all personnel
actions you must include a copy of
Appendix A(1) with your portfolio. For Post-Tenure Review,
you must include a statement that refers to Appendix A(1)
criteria. Make your selections clear.
-
Be very careful about choosing categories. By
checking or choosing a category on Appendix A(1), you are telling evaluators
that this is what you want to be evaluated on. If you have
any doubt about your choice, consult an MSCA officer.
-
You must choose at least one
item in
each applicable category on Appendix A(1).
-
You don't need to, and
almost always shouldn't, check more than one item in each category.
-
You have no obligation to choose
any specific item.
-
You may not be denied a personnel action "by the sole
reason of not engaging in one or another."
